4 Station

1. Forming: It is the station where the product is shaped from heated plastic sheet by applying pressure - vacuum and pre-stretching with the mould, which is a kind of negative of the product to be produced. 2. Punching: It is the station where the desired holes, perforations and on the product for ventilation, straw insertion or industrial purposes are carried out with male and female punching mould elements. 3. Cutting: It is the station where the cutting process is carried out where the product is separated from the sheet by just leaving enough connections (nick) to ensure that it can be transported to the next station. 4. Stacking: It is the station where the final product is separated from the sheet and transferred to the conveyor belt by a combination of pusher - stacker or pusher - robot gripper where it is stacked for packaging.
