Pvc Lubricants

Description TL-60 is a versatile internal lubricant for rigid PVC. Due to its excellent compatibility with the resin it can be added at high dosage. TL-60 can be utilized with various stabilizers, including lead, tin, calcium/zinc and calcium organic based systems. Typical applications include injection molded articles and fittings, extruded pipe, window profiles, technical profiles and foamed or compact sheets. TL-60 has minimal influence on the gelation time and improves the flow of the polymer melt in complex articles. TL-60 can be used for transparent articles. TL-60 is also a processing additive for other vinyl free resins.
