Process flow: SPC floor is a product made by extruding PVC substrate from an extruder, using a multi-roll calender unit to press and laminate the color film + wear-resistant layer at one time. The process is simple, the lamination is completed by heat, and it does not contain glue. After the SPC floor is extruded by the extruder and the surface laminating process is realized online, it is cut by multiple saws (because the length is fixed, only multiple saws are needed longitudinally), then slotted longitudinally and transversely, and then painted UV on the surface and finally packaged for storage.
