Pvc Impact Toughening Modifier

XH-MC808 is a new PVC impact modifier independently developed by our company. It is an interpenetrating network copolymer formed by chlorinated polyethylene and cross-linked composite rubber with core-shell structure. It overcomes the shortcomings of poor low-temperature impact resistance and poor dispersibility of traditional CPE products. Because XH-MC808 is produced by suspension copolymerization, it overcomes the shortcomings of poor synergy and low efficiency when CPE is physically blended with other impact modifiers. In this way, XH-MC808 gives the product better compression and impact resistance on the premise of retaining the toughness and high elongation of CPE. Because XH-MC808 has excellent processability and good impact resistance, XH-MC808 can be used to replace CPE and ACR processing AIDS or pure CPE formula, which is mainly used in processing fields such as PVC threading pipes, pipe fittings and WPC floors.
