Step Dryer

This machine is used to separate water from mixture of PA6 chip and water after recovering monomer,in order to dry PA6 chips by nitrogen in the coming process.The mixture of PA6 chips and water flows into the low part of the basket screen and is conveyed from there with conveyance vanes to the next step.Here, the chip is accelerated radially and arrives again at the stationary screen.After separation of the splash water in the frst step; the chip is suddenly accelerated in the second step.High inertia forces are produced here, whereby the residual water drops as well as adhered water fim are significantly befter separated; before the chip leaves the separation area,it is thoroughly fiushed wih air.The static pressure arising in the upper part of the drier prevents fine water mist is carried through wih the exit of the product.
