MBK Single Stage Blowing Machine (ISBM)

Single-stage ISBM (Injection-Stretch-Blow Molding) technology combines preform injection and blow molding in the same machine, eliminating the need to reheat preforms and thus saving energy. It also removes preform storage and transportation processes, preventing potential damage, meeting higher quality requirements, and reducing storage space costs. The entire process is fully computer-controlled, minimizing human errors and lowering labor costs. Integration with robots allows the production line to be directly connected to testing and packaging, enabling fully automatic, manual-intervention-free operation, which supports the fundamental requirements for Industry 4.0.
