This line can continuously produce from the dripper to packaging at a speed of 300 meters per minute, achieving efficient and integrated production.The line operates stably with accurate punching, ensuring product quality.It is easy to install and maintain, saving manpower and resources. The drip irrigation tape with embedded continuous strips is composed of PE soft tape and embedded continuous strips. The continuous strips are bonded with the inner wall of the pipe to form the main water channel and drip irrigation channel. The non-adhesive parts form the drip irrigation inlet and outlet. The outlet adopts a gap design, and its structure is similar to that of a one-way valve.When the pipe has negative pressure, the water outlet automatically closes to prevent crop roots or insects from entering the flow channel and blocking the dripper. There is a zigzag turbulent flow channel design between the two outlets, and all bonding points are integrally formed.
