PET SHEET TWIN SCREW EXTRUSION LINE

PET is used widely in plastic processing field because it has good transparent, neutral in taste, resistance, easy recyclability and other excellent properties. Usually, PET sheet extrusion line have up to three high impact layers and two or three extruders. While the center layer of such products can contain a high percentage of recycled material, the outer layers consist of virgin resin combined with antiblock additives. Common are also structures with PETG, a modified, uncrystallizable PET, on the outer layers. These are known as G/A/G structures.
