Tisakril® ABS

Tisakril® ABS is the registered trade mark for Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer compounds manufactured by Tisan. The ABS is known glossy that has high styrene ratio whereas has high butadiene ratio. Basically, styrene contributes ease of processing characteristics, acrylonitrile imparts chemical resistance and increased surface hardness and the butadiene contributes impact strength and overall toughness. The most amazing properties of ABS compounds are high rigidity, high heat deflection temperature, scratch resistance and low shrinkage. A variety of modifications can be made to improve impact resistance, toughness and heat resistance. Impact resistance does not effect of changing on termal interaction. Tisakril® ABS is considered superior for its hardness, gloss, toughness and electrical insulation properties. Tisakril® ABS polymers are resistant to aqueous acids, alkalis, concentrated hydrochloric and phosphoric acids, alcohols and mineral oils.
