PP PET Strap Extrusion Line

1. Production can use 100% recycle material to obtain a high added-value strapping band. 2. PLC manages automatically the extruder's working parameters in according with the running condition; material treatment, extrusion, stretching, annealing and talking up units are allsynced with the PLC. 3. Allcomponents are controlled and monitored through PLC. 4. PET or PP straps can be producted with the same technology. 5. Double column,4 positioned fiter chambers,100%full automatic self-cleaning screen changer,working non-stop during screen changing,it ensures the straps quality;PLC operation system. 6. Strapping machinery making extrusion 1 straps, 2straps, 4straps, 8 straps at time, according to customer request and straps size. 7. The machinery standard model are: 200kg/h, 400kg/h, 600kg/h, 800kg/h.
