Co-Kneader SKW

XINDA developed Co-Kneader SKW series especially for more efficient manufacturing of special cable compounds (HFFR, XLPE, Semi-conductive). The kneading technology has been designed specially for cable compounds at the latest technology SKW series. There are kneading pins on the inner wall of the barrel. These kneading pins stay in the gaps of the screw flights while they are rotating. The interaction of the screws and pins provide better dispersion, better mixing and less friction heat. And the energy consumption is much lower than other extruder types.
