KRS Series Robots

The KRS series robots, thanks to their dynamic servo motors, high-precision linear motion components, and engineering design, have the ability to operate at the same speed and in the same positions in every cycle for part picking, insert placement, IML (in-mold labeling), and quality control applications. With an internationally recognized software base, they integrate seamlessly and easily with all plastic injection machines and applications, complementing the machine. Absolute encoder servomotors are used on all axes, which allows the robot to remember its position after power outages and prevents time losses. Helical racks are used on the robot axes to ensure that noise during movement remains at optimal levels. The proven rail carriage assemblies used in the robots result in precise movement and maximize rail carriage wear life. The torque control (X Free) feature available on all three axes prevents damage to the robot's axes during the product pickup process.
