PE Foam Seal

These products, made of high density polyethylene, are available in ready-cut sizes in different diameters. PE Foam Liners do not stick to the mouth of the container. They are used by placing them inside the lid to prevent leakage by acting as a gasket. PE Foam Seals are used for sealing all solid-liquid-powder product packaging presented in a container for food and non-food products. PE Foam Liners are produced in 3 different thicknesses: - 1,00 mm - 1,50 mm - 2,00 mm The thickness of the foam liner, which is quite dense but soft, is adjusted according to the space left between the bottle mouth and the screw cap. The less space there is between the bottle mouth and the inner surface of the cap when the cap is closed, the thinner the PE foam liner is used. These high-density liners in our company have FDA (American Food and Drug Administration) and EMEA (European Agency for the Evaluation of Medical Products) approvals.
