The mPPE H160-TR compound delivers high thermal performance at a low density of 1.08 g/cm³, featuring robust mechanical properties (83 MPa tensile, 126 MPa flexural) and impact resistance. With an exceptional HDT of 160°C, good processability (MFR: 12 g/10min; shrinkage: 0.5-0.7%), and UL94 HB @3.0mm rating, this transparent food-contact grade material is specifically engineered for microwave-safe food containers requiring optical clarity, thermal resistance, and food safety compliance.
