WPC PROFILE PRODUCTION LINE

Our WPC profile production line is specifically designed for the production of a wide variety of wood-plastic composite profiles. Utilizing extrusion and molding technologies, our line can produce a diverse range of products, including those for construction (such as decking, fencing, wall panels, door and window frames), landscaping (such as outdoor furniture, railings, and planters), and interior decoration (including baseboards, ceilings, and decorative moldings). The interchangeable die design allows us to create a diverse range of profile shapes to meet the needs of numerous applications in architecture, landscaping, and interior decoration. The Jiahao WPC profile production line employs a mixed and dry-mix direct extrusion process, equipped with a counter-rotating twin-screw extruder for superior plasticization. The mixer includes a drying function. This extrusion line can produce a wide variety of WPC profiles. Furthermore, we offer custom options such as in-line embossing, sanding, and brushing to create unique designs, matte finishes, and wood-look textures. Notably, the extruded products are 100% recyclable; our system includes a crusher and a pulverizer for recycling materials back to the mixer.
