PA6 (Nylon 6) Advantages Excellent toughness: This is the most prominent advantage of PA6, with its impact and vibration resistance superior to that of PA66, especially in low-temperature environments. Good flexibility and fatigue resistance: Suitable for manufacturing parts that require repeated bending or withstand periodic loads. Easy to process: Lower melting point and good melt flowability make it easier to fill complex molds. Good surface luster: The appearance of molded products is usually better. Cost-effective: Raw material and production costs are generally lower than those of PA66. Slightly inferior strength and rigidity: Under the same conditions, its mechanical strength is not as good as that of PA66.
