Product Description
An EPS Pre-expander Machine is a crucial piece of equipment in the production of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) products. These machines take raw EPS beads, which are small and dense, and pre-expands them through a controlled process of heating and pressurization followed by rapid depressurization.
This process increases the volume of the beads by several times, making them ideal for molding into lightweight and strong EPS products like packaging materials, building insulation, and protective cushioning.
There are two main types of EPS Pre-expander machines: Batch type and Continuous type.
