Huaye can produce screws with an outer diameter (d) ranging from 15mm to 300mm and a length (L) of ?10,000mm. The nitriding hardness is HV?900, and after nitriding, when 0.20mm is ground off (material: 38CrMoALA), the hardness remains ?760. Nitriding brittleness is ? grade 2. The surface roughness is Ra0.4µm, and straightness is 0.015mm. The alloy layer thickness is 1.5-2mm, with nickel-based alloy hardness at HRC53-57, and nickel-based + tungsten carbide alloy hardness at HRC60-65. The chrome plating thickness is 0.03–0.05mm.
