Methyl Tin Mecaptan (Reatinor 104)

Reatinor 104 is suitable for the production of rigid PVC packaging materials to comply with food regulations. It provides outstanding initial colour, very good colour hold and long term heat stability in rigid PVC compounds. It also provides crystal clarity to blowmoulded containers and calendered or extruded film and sheets. Reatinor 104 is well suited also for the production of potable water pipes. This non lubricating stabilizer allows to have good processing properties, however a proper lubricating system has to be chosen in relation to the different kinds of processing. It is used as a flame retardant in applications such as transparent film and hose production, Vinyl covers, PVC floor coverings.
