Product Description
Apex Gasket / Sealing Extrusion lines are designed for stable production of sealing profiles used in PVC windows and Aluminium windows, Cars, doors, furnitures, appliances , technical applications and etc. The system combines precise screw and barrel design with accurate temperature control, ensuring smooth material flow and uniform surface quality. Co-extrusion options allow production of soft–rigid or multi-color profiles, while automatic calibration and haul-off units keep dimensions consistent. Compact design, energy efficiency up to 90% and long life give manufacturers higher output and superior product quality.
