Flat Film & Sheet Extrusion Lines – Full Automation Flat films and sheets are used in packaging, construction, automotive, advertising panels, furniture and protective layers. They are also common in technical parts that demand transparency, strength or high surface quality. Apex flat film and sheet extrusion lines cover a production range from 0.005 mm to 30 mm. The systems process Polycarbonate sheets, Solid PETG sheets, Polystyrene solid sheets, PMMA/acrylic sheets and Hydrocolloid sheet lines. The systems integrate Industry 4.0 technology and AI-supported controls to ensure consistent quality and efficient operation. Automatic thickness stabilization and die/calender adjustment keep accuracy within ±0.020 mm.
