NEO overcomes the disadvantages of traditional filters with innovative solutions, offering a complementary and advanced technology for molten plastic filtration. The Neo melt plastic filtration system includes components such as a conical clamp, a primary and secondary body structure with clamps, dual filter screen packs positioned parallel to each other, an auto-adjusting scraper blade mechanism, and a dual-port discharge screw shaft. Furthermore, an integrated compressor screw and vacuum unit effectively remove gases formed within the molten plastic. Structural elements like the main ring and screen support plate enhance filtration performance while ensuring system durability and ease of maintenance.
