Product Description
PVC profile extrusion line is a complete set of equipment that processes PVC raw materials into profiles with fixed cross-sections. It is mainly used to produce building materials such as door and window frames, decorative moldings, and floor substrates, and is widely applied in construction, furniture, and decoration fields. It operates through a continuous process of melting extrusion - shaping and cooling - traction and cutting, and mainly consists of five systems. These include the extrusion system, the shaping and cooling system, the traction system, the cutting system, and auxiliary systems such as raw material mixing and waste recycling.
