Buyer willing to provide flight tickets, transfers, accommmodation and 3 meal for each day per service engineer. 10. Warranty The machine is under the guarantee for 1 year general guarantee 5 years chain guides guarantee, starting from the commissioning date under conditions below. Maintenances must be done regularly according to the user guides. In case of delaying or missing any of this maintenance, and resulting in problems in the machine these situations cannot be included in the guarantee. Warranty does not include shipping cost for goods. If technic service crew needed or required then travel tickets of technicians, accommadation and food costs will be provided by the buyer. If customer remove the brand labels from machine, warranty of machine automatically will be repealed. Failures caused by customer usage is not covered by warranty Machines must be connected with 3/PE, 60 Hz, 440 V regulated electricity. The machine must be commissioned, repaired, revised by the seller\’s specialists or technicians authorized by seller. Spare Parts must be supplied by seller. In case of standard components like motor, pneumatic cylinder, bearings etc… buyer must contact to seller get the approval. And seller will guide the buyer how to change the related part. All the parts which are not manufactured by the seller (mechanic, electric and electronic equipments) are guaranteed by the manufacturer itself. In this respect seller is the controller and follower for this guarantee. In case of failure in these parts seller will deal to solve the problem but after the inspection of the failure guarantee conditions given by the manufacturer of the part will be applied. Consumable parts are out of guarantee. Incorrect operation is out of guarantee. The machine must be operated by the trained operators.
