Cutter

Our machines, which can make full automatic and precise cutting in various diameters, cut around the pipe with circular movement. We can produce from 16 mm up to 1200 mm diameter cutter for PE pipes. The cutters provide a smooth cutting surface and are synchronized to line speed to increase cutting precision. Thanks to the ruler integrated in the system for knife diameter adjustment, time loss is reduced to minimum. PP, PE and PVC pipe cutting machines are controlled by PLC and precise movements can eliminate the cutting errors that may occur during cutting of pipes. Pipe length is determined and cut automatically. PP and PE pipes are cut without burr. Automatic synchronous to the speed of the cutting line and works with PLC. Synchronization is provided by servo motor. The cut pipe is counted in two directions, right and left, and ready for packaging.
