Product Description
The H/E series high-torque gearbox for single-screw extruders is specially developed to meet the national energy policy requirements of increasing production capacity, improving efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and cutting carbon emissions in the single-screw plastic extruder industry. It has the advantages of small volume, high load-carrying capacity, high transmission efficiency, and smooth operation.
The box adopts an integral structure design, is cast with high-quality cast iron, and undergoes finite element analysis. This improves the load-carrying capacity of the box, enhances its strength, and ensures the optimal meshing of the gear shaft and gears. While optimizing the structure and weight, reliable strength is guaranteed.
The gears in the transmission train are made of ultra-high-strength special alloy steel. They undergo meticulous manufacturing and heat treatment processes, and the heat treatment and gear grinding processes are controlled by 'special process' management methods. The gear design adopts an increased root fillet radius to enhance gear strength. German gear design software is introduced to calculate tooth direction and tooth profile modification, making the contact stress and normal force transition of gear meshing smooth (greatly reducing noise). It also makes the gear load distribution uniform without obvious (abrupt changes), reducing meshing impact caused by gear deformation under load and manufacturing errors, improving the lubrication state of tooth surfaces (effectively reducing temperature rise), and achieving a relatively uniform load distribution, which effectively improves the meshing performance and load-carrying capacity of the gears.
The lubrication system adopts a modular design, with internal and external oil circuits jointly forming a forced lubrication and cooling system. Bearings for the H series are all from German brands FAG and INA. Bearings for the E series are mainly from leading domestic brands, while high-speed parts still use German FAG and INA brands. Thrust bearings adopt a modular design, and the two different configurations can bring more practical economic value to customers.
