High Torque Conical Twin Screw Extruder Gearbox

The HSZL series gearbox for conical twin-screw extruders is improved based on the SZL and SJZ series conical twin-screw gearbox series. This series enhances the gears of the transmission box and distribution box, using high-strength and high-quality alloy steel (20CrNi2-MoA). It adopts an integral gear shaft structure, undergoes carburizing and quenching followed by precision gear grinding and modification, with the gear precision reaching above grade 6. Moreover, bevel gear grinding is added to further improve the load-carrying capacity of the gearbox. All boxes are made of high-quality ductile iron, with the castings fully relieved of stress. The cooling system adopts an external forced lubrication and plate heat exchanger water cooling.
