THOROUGH HARDENED SCREW | HPT SERIES

The HPT series fully hardened screws are made from imported powder alloy steel. The solid round bars undergo high-temperature quenching and tempering treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC60°. Combined with different types of fine and coarse grinding processes, the concentricity between the root diameter and outer diameter reaches 0.03mm, meeting the high-precision requirements of various products and extending the screw's service life in different environments. These screws are suitable for use with plastic raw materials containing 25%-65% glass fiber, offering wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and high-speed resistance. They are ideal for high-speed fully electric injection molding, high injection pressure processes, and high-speed basic processes. Based on customer requirements, PVD coating or chrome plating can be applied to enhance wear and corrosion resistance, as well as improve product qualification rates.
