The mPPE FZ120 compound delivers specialized performance at 1.24 g/cm³ density, featuring robust mechanical properties (60 MPa tensile, 93 MPa flexural) and impact resistance. With an HDT of 120°C, good processability (MFR: 15 g/10min; shrinkage: 0.3-0.5%), and UL94 V-0 @3.2mm rating, this material is specifically engineered for LED light-shielding digit tubes requiring integrated flame retardancy, dimensional precision, and optical management properties.
