Robotic Bag Opening

The 20-25kg bags that come in pallets are loaded into the system with the help forklift or a pallet jack. The robot arm takes 1 bag at a time from the pallet, cuts it and pours the raw material in the bag into the bunker. The waste bags are compressed with the help of a spiral and thrown away. The machine working capacity is 5.000 kg/hour. It is designed for powder and granular materials. It can work integrated with silo loading systems and silo level control systems.
