TRANSPARENT MBS IMPACT MODIFIER

MBS impact modifier is a new type of polymer material synthesized under the concept of particle design. It is prepared by milk wave graft polymer-ization of methyl methacrylate (M), butadiene (B), and styrene (S), and has a typical core-shell structure. The core is a rubber phase spherical core with a diameter of 60nm~120nm, and the outer shell is composed of styrene and methyl methacrylate. Due to the good compatibility between methyl methacrylate and PVC, MBS resin forms a homogeneous phase during processing and mixing with PVC, endowing the product with excellent impact resistance and improving its processing flowability
