EXTRUDER MACHINE

It is a machine that melts plastic material under heat and high pressure, transforming it into usable raw material. The extruder is designed and manufactured using the latest technology, based on the type and capacity of the material to be processed, the screw diameter and aspect ratio, the number of degassing zones, and the feed type. Depending on the type of material to be processed, screws with capacities ranging from 100 to 2000 kg/hour and diameters ranging from Ø85mm to Ø160mm are produced upon request. Special screw and feed designs are available for LDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, and ABS plastics, as well as rigid, film, and foam plastics.
