VERTICAL PELLETIZER MACHINE

Pelletizers are used for cutting plastic melt into granular form. The molten plastic from the AGOREX extruder passes through the mirror of the vertical cutting head at a specific diameter and is cut into granules by the knives. The plastic granules poured into the water tank are cooled and hardened on the surface, and then pass through the water channel to the vertical centrifugal drying rotor. The vertical cutting machine has an inverter-controlled knife rotation speed, and the granule length can be adjusted by changing the knife speed. The number of holes, hole diameter, and hole arrangement geometry of the cutting mirror are adjusted according to different plastic types and capacity.
