In 1986, the first underwater strand pelletizer was delivered to users. Since then, the die head, dryer and vibrating screen had been successively developed. After 1993, our company had the design, development and production capacity of a complete set of underwater strand pelletizing system. So far, more than 2,000 sets of pelletizers are in operation all over the world. Due to the company s leading technology in the domestic underwater strand pelletizing system industry, Cama was appointed by the National Standard Committee as the leader of the drafting unit of the national standard for rubber and plastic crushing machinery, and compiled the national standard for strand pelletizer GB25936.2-2012 Rubber Plastic Machinery- Size Reduction Machinery Part 2 Safety Requirements for Strand Pelletizer 。
The TSQW horizontal type of underwater strand pelletizing system which mainly consists of die head,underwater strand pellerizer,pellet drier,pellet vibrating screen,and electric control system, is used to guanulate the materials such as PET、PA、PBT,PP,engineering plastics and so on.

This machine is used to separate water from mixture of PA6 chip and water after recovering monomer,in order to dry PA6 chips by nitrogen in the coming process.The mixture of PA6 chips and water flows into the low part of the basket screen and is conveyed from there with conveyance vanes to the next step.Here, the chip is accelerated radially and arrives again at the stationary screen.After separation of the splash water in the frst step; the chip is suddenly accelerated in the second step.High inertia forces are produced here, whereby the residual water drops as well as adhered water fim are significantly befter separated; before the chip leaves the separation area,it is thoroughly fiushed wih air.The static pressure arising in the upper part of the drier prevents fine water mist is carried through wih the exit of the product.
