Ekin Makina Celebrates its 30th Year at Plast Eurasia! We are proud to celebrate the 30th anniversary of our company this year. As one of Turkey s leading manufacturers of plastic injection machines, we have been making a difference in the industry with our ongoing passion for innovation and quality. Founded in 1994 by Abdullah Karabulut in Eyüp, Istanbul, Ekin Makina started its first production in a 250 m² area with 4 personnel. From the early years, we have shown rapid growth through innovative approaches and investments in advanced technology. Expanding our production area to Bayrampaşa, we integrated PC-based control systems and broadened our product range. In the 2000s, we made significant strides in the industry with innovative products such as Bakelite and dual-color injection machines, increasing our production capacity and precision with CNC machines. In 2010, we began the R&D and production of vertical injection machines, meeting a significant need in the sector. By 2013, Ekin Makina reached the capacity to produce horizontal and vertical injection machines ranging from 30 tons to 600 tons, continuously advancing our R&D efforts. In 2017, we pioneered the sector with the ORION hydraulic locking system, offering a wider mold clamping surface and reduced hydraulic oil consumption. In our modern 19,000 m² facility in Hadımköy, we strive to meet customer demands and enhance our production capacity. Ekin Makina machines are successfully utilized across 6 continents and 54 countries. This year, we are excited to share the latest advancements in technology with our new generation of plastic injection machines at the fair.
