JOYBLACK® AS masterbatch is high end black grade based on Styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN) carrier, it is in high carbon black content, high blackness, high gloss and high dispersion . It has excellent dilution ,generality & easy processing. It will remain very good mechanical properties, chemical resistance and weather resistance in the final articles.
JOYBLACK PC(polycarbonate) carrier masterbatch is based high-end black grade. It has high concentration, high gloss and high jetness. It offers excellent dilution and ease of processing in compounding. The final articles made with PC masterbatch will retain excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance and high stiffness. It can make the structure of articles more stable. It has been formulated with high-performance additives with high temperature resistance and flame, which can offer the appropriate solution to article safety and environmental regulations.
JOYBLACK® PA8087 product is a high-end black masterbatch with PA (polyamide, commonly known as nylon) as the carrier. It has excellent dispersion, high tinting strength, high gloss, and high coloring. It exhibits outstanding dilution and spinnability during the production process. Products manufactured using this masterbatch have strong coloring power, heat resistance, light fastness, and other advantages, and are widely used in DOPE DYE FILAMENT, high-end electrical products, and other fields.
JOYBLACK ® UN9084 is carrier-free, universal grade black masterbatch. It s carbon black content up to 58%, with high blackness, strong coloring, high dispersion etc characteristics. UN9084 is suitable for ABS, PC,PP,PE, PC/ABS alloy, POM, PEEK etc different plastic raw materials ,can be used for blow molding, injection molding, granulation, foaming and other coloring process. Good compatibility with a variety of resins, UN9084 can improve the jet black and mechanical properties of final articles.
JOYBLACK® PET black masterbatch is high end black masterbatch based on PET(polybutylece terephthalate) carrier, with common blackness, it offers good dispersion in the process especially spinning field. It has excellent dilutability, spinnability and easy processing properties. The final articles made of PET will have good gloss, electrical insulation, fatigue resistance, mechanical properties etc characteristics.
