ILHAN Plastik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. was established in 1997 and started its activities. The company carries out its production in its factory with a total area of 5500 m2, 3000 m2 of which is closed and 2500 m2 of which is open. The location of our factory is in Adana Organized Industrial Zone. Our company operates in the calcium carbonate-filled masterbatch/compound sector in order to best meet the needs of our customers in plastic production.
Our company does calcite material into masterbatch/compound form and supplies them to manufacturers. These products, known as fillers used in plastic production, mean a product in granular form added to the raw material during melt shaping. Filling masterbatch products are produced for different sectors and can be used. These sectors are primarily film, pipe, injection, cable and raffia sectors. İlhan Plastik exports masterbatch to many regions in Turkey and around the world.
ADD-55 is PE carrier filling material. ADD-55 prevents the bubbly structure formed due to moisture in the final product and during the plastic processing process. It collects the moisture on the material and ensures that the moisture is removed from the final product. ADD-55 helps to reduce production costs.
