In addition, it can be used before the crushing machines to increase the capacity and extend the life of the crushing machine blade.

Plastic crushing machines are the most important machine component of recycling lines. Plastic-based materials (PE, UHMWPE, HDPE, HDXLPE, PEX, MDPE, LPDE, LLDPE VLCPE, PP, PET, PVC, etc.), which are increasingly used, are broken with a full scissor movement between rotating and f ixed blades positioned at opposite angles to each other. . The f irst movement taken from the electric motor is transmitted to the rotor with the help of pulley-belt and breaking process is performed. Thanks to the rotor type, blade arrangement and sieve type selected according to the form and type of the plastic material to be broken, high efficiency is achieved at low energy

The machines that make up the LDPE recycling line are selected according to the pollution intensity, pollutant types and hourly production capacity of the plastic to be recycled. Depending on the type, LDPE consisting of hard or f ilm layer is sent to the crushing and shredding machines after the pre-separation process. Washing, squeezing and drying are performed by shaping the next line according to the material properties. The quality of the LDPE that will go to the granule line can be increased by adding optional machinery and equipment to the line.

Both PP and PE are saturated hydrocarbons that are similar in many respects but dif fer in some important properties.
