Our extruders are manufactured according to the world standard. The faultless operation of our extruders in various parts of the world and in our country is an indication and guarantee of our quality. Screws and barrels are manufactured from DIN 34 CrAlNi 1.8550 tool steel and hardened by gas nitriding. Thanks to the ceramic resistances used, significant energy savings are achieved. Our standard line of use is the ABB brand square type AC motor and ABB drive to ensure high speed accuracy. The gear unit lubrication is performed automatically.

The heads are polished after the nitration process, allowing the molten material to slip smoothly and reduce the back pressure from the extruder. Thus, the extruder provides significant savings in the main motor electric current. Molds are produced for high efficiency purpose. Our heads are designed for suitable working pressures.

Produced sleeves are produced according to the project of our customer from stainless or bronze material. Thanks to the mixing formula of our bronze materials, the friction is minimized and the wear resistance is increased during pipe production. In order to reach the maximum capacity in pipe production, our calibers are specially designed. Calibrated calibers in our caliber group allow production at different pressure classes and minimize production downtimes.

Our vacuum tanks are manufactured from 304 stainless steel and painted. Vacuum lengths are designed according to extruder capacity and process requirements. All control functions of vacuum tanks can be made easily via control panel. It is very successful in eliminating the problem of ovality which may occur in plastic pipe which is the main purpose of vacuum tank and producing quality plastic pipe.

We produce Haul Off suitable for all kinds of synchronization according to the demands of our customers. The latest technology speed control devices are used in our Haul Off. Precision pallet speeds are provided with special systems. The pallet press angles are designed to best keep the pipe and the press lengths are designed for each process.

Our machines, which can make full automatic and precise cutting in various diameters, cut around the pipe with circular movement. We can produce from 16 mm up to 1200 mm diameter cutter for PE pipes. The cutters provide a smooth cutting surface and are synchronized to line speed to increase cutting precision. Thanks to the ruler integrated in the system for knife diameter adjustment, time loss is reduced to minimum. PP, PE and PVC pipe cutting machines are controlled by PLC and precise movements can eliminate the cutting errors that may occur during cutting of pipes. Pipe length is determined and cut automatically. PP and PE pipes are cut without burr. Automatic synchronous to the speed of the cutting line and works with PLC. Synchronization is provided by servo motor. The cut pipe is counted in two directions, right and left, and ready for packaging.

It is the robot that opens the slot of the gasket that provides sealing in the pipe.
