Dry laminating Machine Ideal for laminating various materials with excellent bonding strength including those hard-to-laminate materials such as nylon, aluminum foil. Double-shaft turret type unwinding and rewinding enable automatic material changing and splicing during high running and minimum wastage. Automatic tension control eliminates tension variation and ensures superior laminating quality. Highly efficient four zones of drying chambers provide top drying performance. Splicing tail control ensures high speed non-stop operation which suits materials in various thicknesses.
Extrusion Coating-Laminating Machine Double-shaft turret unwind and rewind with automatic splicing ensures non-stop operation with minimum wastage. The user friendly HMI provides convenient adjustment of thickness and speed. Premium quality long life T-die ensures thickness uniformity. Specially designed dual drying chamber equipped at anchor coating section ensures high drying efficiency with energy saving function. Extrusion output: 250-400kg/hr with co-extrusion as an option
Slitting & Rewinding Machine The SR2 series is designed to meet the production requirement of the packaging and printing industry. Suited for various types of printed and laminated materials. Unwinding is equipped with air brake allows more stable tension. 3 differential air shafts equipped at rewinding side with pre-set taper tension to ensure top quality of rewinding. Optional 6 expansion air shafts with load cell type of tension control are also available for wide web rewinding jobs. Easy 3 & 6 changeover at unwinding. Rewinding is equipped both individual lay-on rollers and one-piece main lay-on roller to suit for all kinds of production conditions. Edge trimming rewinder is available as an option.
Inspection & Rewinding Machine Designed for high speed inspecting and rewinding. Hydraulic lifter for unwinding & rewinding.
