The fundamentals of ŞENMAK the leader company in plasticizing equipment manufacturers is laid down in 1987. On many customers demands we invested to machine and necessary equipment s for machining Screws and Barrels in 1990 and nowadays we are within the 5 biggest manufacturers within Europe. ŞENMAK exports more than 30 countries mostly western Europe and with higher technology and quality level our company is a reputable and reliable supplier. ŞENMAK manufactures PTA hardfaced (bimetallic) nitrided and through hardned conventional, barrier and twin screws. In addition to these common products, custom screws can be produced upon request of customers. Screws with diameters varying between 20 and 300 mm and single-piece screws with a maximum of up to 8.50 meters in length, are subjected to heat treatment based on the clients specific requests.
In order to meet our clients needs, we produce barrels with special cooling section, barrels with ribbed feeding section, barrels with flat feeding section and barrels with gas disposing section. The noted products are a maximum of 4.6 m in length, with an inside diameter of 20 to 200 mm. Just as is the case with screws, the surface hardening process is performed on barrels as well based on the materials used.
At ŞENMAK, we produce bushes with helical and axial grooves measuring 20 to 160 mm in inside diameter. The bushes, which are made from nitrided or trough hardened steel, have sensitive tolerances. The feeding bushes can be adapted to the needs of our customers.
The screw tip-set is a critical but often neglected part of the plasticization unit. The screw tip-sets produced at ŞENMAK are made of 3 different materials with wear and corrrosion-resistant bimetallic coating. Each part undergoes different heat treatments for your most demanding applications. However, screw tip-sets produced by ŞENMAK might be standard; it also might be unique for your individual needs.
The Nozzle sets produced at ŞENMAK are designed and produced with the same care and expertise you expect from all our products. At ŞENMAK we produce many standard nozzle sets but at the same time we are able to craft the product with any other specifications and lengths to fit your needs.
