BehCross branded cross-linked polyethylene compounds are used in the production of single and multilayer pipes, ideal for applications requiring resistance to high-low temperatures, abrasion, and chemicals. Our products aim to provide durable solutions while safely utilizing limited natural resources, ensuring the highest quality in compliance with ISO ASTM F1281, 15875, and DIN 16892 standards for hot and cold water pressure pipes. The increased operating temperature and other benefits offered by cross-linked polyethylene compounds make this material highly attractive.
XLPE is one of the ideal compounds for cable insulation and applications that require resistance to high or low operating temperatures, as well as enhanced chemical and abrasion resistance.
Catalyst masterbatch with the trade name BehLink based on polyolefin polymers is used for the two compounds of PEX and XLPE and accelerates and improves the crosslinking process. The quantity and type of use of these masterbatches are determined based on the conditions and type of application of the final product.
BehBond polyolefin adhesives are capable of bonding both polar and non-polar materials, offering advanced adhesion and mechanical properties. These adhesives are used in interlayers for polymer/metal multilayer pipes, as well as PEX, PERT, and oil and gas transfer pipes, to improve bonding and performance. In the packaging industry, they enable the use of both polar and non-polar polymers in multilayer structures to enhance protection against oxygen and moisture penetration.

The nucleating agent masterbatch, BehAdd®, is designed for the production of polypropylene pipes higher mechanical and thermal properties. By changing the microstructure of polypropylene, this pro enhances the mechanical properties. Also, the thickness of the water supply pipe could be decreased by u this product and reducing the production cost.

PVC-U solvent cement is an excellent choice for joining thermoplastic PVC pipe to fittings under pressure and non-pressure conditions. Our product is a medium-strength thread sealant used in hydraulic, pneumatic, and general fittings and shows high resistance to any vibration.
Push-fit lubricant is used to easily insert the pipe into the fittings and to guarantee better preservation of O-rings. By adding this product, the side effects on the O-ring and allergic skin would be limited.
