Carbon black can be widely used in tire, rubber, paints, coatings, inks, master batch, color paste, paper, sealant industries etc. The details are as follows: 1. Rubber carbon black - N115,N134,N220,N326,N330,N550,N660,N774 and so on. 2. Specialty carbon black - The quality is quite similar to Degussa, Carbot & Orion s products, such as P35, printex U/V/G, monarch 430/570, P-type and so on.
Pigment black is used for paints, inks, plastics etc. Some of carbon black can replace Orion, Colombia and Cabot product, such as FW200, Printex U, Printex G, Special Black 4, Printex 300, Printex 30, Monarch 430, MA100, Hiblack 50L, Monarch 800 etc.
Copper chrome black has excellent thermal resistance, weather resistance, light fastness and chemical resistance, and excellent hiding power; non-toxic characteristics. Copper chrome black is mainly used for high temperature resistant coatings, ceramics, enamels, coil coatings, long-lasting coatings, glass inks, laser etching and chemical plating coloring, high temperature resistant engineering plastics and plastic coloring products in contact with food, and as fine art pigments.
Manganese ferrum black has the characteristics of high temperature resistant. Manganese iron black pigment is different from ordinary iron oxide black pigment. TIt maintains excellent thermal stability between 700-800℃, no redness, no discoloration, no migration. It also shows acid & alkali resistance, light fastness, and solvent resistance. The product features ultra-fine particles, very easy dispersion, bluish color, and high blackness. It is very suitable for use in temperature glass baking finish, glass ink, colored sand (basalt), oven, exhaust pipe coatings, coil coatings, fluorocarbon coatings, and silicone resin-based baking finish.
It is used for dyeing cotton and viscose blended fabrics, as well as hemp and viscose fibers.
We mainly supply PE and PVC black masterbatch, which are widely used in the production of plastic products, such as plastic bags, plastic bottles, plastic pipes and so on.
