XLPE NATURALCABLE COMPOUNDS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

It is obtained as a result of cross-linking of polyethylene molecules. For this, the molecular structure of polyethylene is changed by applying external heat, pressure and catalyst chemical additives. XLPE Natural (Cross Linked Polyethylene) used in weak current cables are also formed by a method sioplas. It has a clased cell structure. It provides heat and moisture insulation. It is resistant to abrasion. Easy to apply thanks to its high flexibility and lightness. XLPE Natural (Cross Linked Polyethylene) is offen preferred in cable insulation. It has high thermal resistance and is long-lasting. Its physical and electrical properties do not deteriorate in temperature changes. XLPE Natural (Cross Linked Polyethylene) maintains flexibility at low temperatures (-40 C). Dielectric losses are low in XLPE Natural, insulated cables. It has high resistance to chemicals. Water absorption is very low. It has high mechanical strenght. It has high continuous current carrying and short circuit resistance. It is environmentally friendly. It does not contain HCFC and harmful chemicals. It is not affected by environmental conditions.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

HFFR insulation and seathing compounds are halopen-free flame retardant cable compounds used for insulation and seathing of conductors. Halogen Free Flame Retardant (HFFR) Cables with flame retardant properties free from halogen do not emit dense smoke and toxic gases such as hydrochloric acid, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, which PVC cables produce during fire. Since these cables do not contain harmful components such as flüorine, chlorine, iodine, bromine, iodine, bromine orastatine, they do not release any toxic gas in contact with flame.

GUM ROSINROSIN DERIVATIVES
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Gum rosin is a solid form of rosin obtanined from pines or some other plants, mostly conifers. Rosin color varies from pale yellow to dark brown or black. It has a glossy translucent appearance. It becomes fluid when hot and has a natural pine scent. Its color and hardness vary according to the situation. The melting point of wood gum cannot be determined precisely because of its amorphous structure. However, it starts to melt at about 80°C to 125°C.

It shows a good polishing effect and gives resistance to abrasion. Optical Brightener OB1: İt is appearance is greenish powder and melts above 359 degress. It shows a significant resistance to high temperature. This brightener is preferred in polyster,nylonfiber and all kinds of plastic applications. It is frequently used in high temperature plastics such as PC,PA and PET.

Ethylene vinyl acetate is an elastomer used for the manufacture of materials that look rubber due to its softness and flexibility. Ethylene vinyl acetate ( eva) has a melting temperature of 93-98 °C. It has a wide usage area with its flexible structure and impact resistant feature. Ethylene vinyl acetate has both heat and cold proof properties . In addition, it can be recycled with its nature-friendly feature. The rate of vinyl acetate in its content determines the properties of ethylene vinyl acetate, which is widely used in the industry. As the vinyl acetate ratio increases, the hardness of ethylene vinyl acetate decreases. The flexible structure that occurs due to the decrease in hardness is frequently used in the toughening process of hard polymers. Ethylene vinyl acetate with high surface quality has a transparent and colorless appearance.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

UV Absorbers absorb harmful UV rays. With radiation-free processes, they can convert energy in UV light into harmless vibrational energy. This process can repeat itself indefinitely to provide long-term protection. UV Abbsorbers are used for light sterilization of paint, polyurethanes,PVC, engineering plastics, adhesives and elastomers. Combinations of UV absorbers with other light stabilizers such as HALS or absorbers act synergisrically. Benzoate light stabilizers stop photo-oxidation processes in polymers such as HALS by chemically reacting with free and radical intermediates. Benzaoates are often used in conjuction with HALS and UV absorbers, rather than alone. These combinations usually show strong synergistic effects. Benzoate and HALS combination of polyolefins (PP and TPO) benzoate and UV absorber combinations are more effective on PVC, polyacetal and polyester.
