The TRIAC ST from Leister is a handy heat gun, primarily used as a profiling tool for welding and processing plastic membranes. Additionally, it is used for professional welding, shrinking and molding various thermoplastics.

The WELDPLAST S2 is extremely compact, yet still powerful with 2kg (4.4 lbs) output. It s extremely durable, ergonomic and comes with countless ways to hold it. Due to the arrow-shaped body that narrows to a point, users may weld corners and difficult-to-reach places more easily than with traditional extruders. The guide for the pre-heated air is integrated into the end of the extruder, enabling the welding shows to be mounted in any position, rotating 360 °.

The VARIMAT 500 automatic welding machine from Leister ensures reliable process safety when welding plastic sealing membranes and bitumen membranes on flat roofs. With high contact pressure, easy conversion from 230 to 400 V and innovative swing-in mechanism, it offers fast and precise nozzle positioning into the overlap. The flexible transport axis of the VARIMAT 500 ensures accurate tracking, even in roof closures close to the edge.

The UNIPLAN 500 automatic welder has a low-maintenance, brushless motor, a hot air blower with 18,000 rpm for high welding power and is perfectly suited for overlap, hem and piping on various industrial fabrics. The device is easy to use on the table, as well as on the floor. The integrated lifting device makes it easier to prepare and feed the material before welding.

Leister s electric, joint cutter, GROOVER, cuts weld joints in elastic floor coverings made of plastics such as PVC (vinyl), PE, CV, PUR and natural materials such as linoleum and rubber. The tool glides on three rollers and cuts a uniform grooving depth, even at high speeds.

The SEAMTEK W-900 AT is the first welding machine to feature the innovative low voltage hot-wedge technology from Leister. During critical points, the speed can be reduced, similar to a sewing machine, simply and without interruption of the welding process. The VULCAN SYSTEM hot air blower from Leister is a true powerhouse with an output of 10/11kW. The blower has a compact design, which can be easily integrated into industrial processes. Like the smaller hot air blowers from Leister, the VULCAN SYSTEM can also be remotely controlled with a standard analog interface.

The HOTWIND PREMIUM is particularly suited for continuous use as a hot air blower. Thanks to its quiet operation, brushless motor and integrated overheating protection, it can be used seamlessly in systems for continuous plastic processing. The air volume and heating output are infinitely variable and can be used for a range of applications, thanks to its high maximum temperature of 650°C/1202 °F. Thanks to its brushless motor, the HOTWIND SYSTEM is durable and requires very little maintenance. Air volume adjustment is continuously variable with the potentiometer up to 900 l/min or 31.78 cfm. The HOTWIND SYSTEM stands out through its application diversity: Remote control of air volume and heating output is possible thanks to an interface with alarm contact. An integrated temperature probe ensures additional precision. The digital display on the HOTWIND SYSTEM enables the ability for users to monitor the tools parameters.

The powerful LHS 61L PREMIUM air heater is easily integrated into industrial and commercial production lines with its 16kW-strong performance. The device is optimally suited for process heat in production lines and areas with individual temperature control. All LEISTER-LHS models have an overheating protection for the entire device and heating element. This can be connected to an external relay with the alarm output and thus ensure additional safety even in continuous operation. The heat output of the LHS 61L PREMIUM can be continuously adjusted by means of a user-friendly, rotary potentiometer. Lastly, the air heaters are suitable for continuous operation with the associated external blower. The LHS 61L SYSTEM allows a very simple control of the current and target temperature through an integrated temperature probe, integrated controller or interface. The integrated power electronics and simplified wiring make external power controls a thing of the past. Nevertheless, upon request, the LHS 61L SYSTEM can be connected to PLC control systems via the analog interface with 4 20 mA or 0 10 V.
